Shaving Versus Waxing

Shaving Versus Waxing

Many people will tell you that shaving is far better than waxing when it comes to removing the hair on the stubborn parts of your body. Although, then again, some people prefer waxing, even though it hurts quite a bit (depending on the person’s threshold). Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, that’s for sure, but for the purpose of the blog, we are going to examine these two procedures. When you shave, you run the risk of creating shave burn, shave bumps, and cutting yourself with nicks and scrapes from the razor. When you wax, you certainly don;t have to worry about this, because there is no razor involved with waxing. The advantages of waxing are in fact that it is very quick to apply the wax to your hairy areas and remove it. The downside to using wax is that, depending on your pain threshold, it could hurt like hell. If it’s your first time using waxing, then you’ll be in for a surprise. When you get used to waxing, however, it’s really not that bad.

Throwing Hair Removal Cream Into The Mix

Along with waxing and shaving, there is another option available to those who want to control the hair growing in those stubborn spots. There are chemically produced hair removal creams and all natural hair removal creams. One of the most popular OTC (over the counter) hair removal creams on the market solf at most retailers is Nair. While Nair has it’s benefits, it also has it’s disadvantages. Using an all natural hair removal cream is better for your health.

If shaving versus waxing is not something your interested in, then try a hair removal cream. It’s a lot easier to deal with and you won’t have to worry about the pain from getting waxed or razor burn from using the razor.
